Please write in English and add a clear subject line, for example “Correction”, “Remove my nickname” or “Copyright”. Include the address of the page you are writing about so we can find it quickly.
When to expect a reply
We read every message and aim to answer within a few working days. Requests to remove personal information or a nickname you submitted are handled first.
Report a problem or ask for removal
- Wrong or outdated information — tell us which page and what changed (for example a new name rule in a game). If you have an official source, please link it.
- A symbol shows as a box or a nickname does not paste — tell us the device, app or game you tried and the exact item. It helps us mark styles that do not work everywhere.
- Remove a nickname you submitted — send the nickname exactly as it appears and the name it was added under. We will remove it from the site.
- Offensive or impersonating names — send the item and the page. Names that are vulgar, hateful or pretend to be a real person are removed.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on CoolNicknames uses your work without permission, email [email protected] with the subject “Copyright” and include: the page address, a description of your original work, how we can contact you, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or act for the owner. We review every complete notice and remove material that infringes.
Who operates the site
CoolNicknames is an independent website run by the CoolNicknames Editorial Team. We are not connected with any game studio, app or social network, so we cannot change your in-game name, recover accounts or answer questions about purchases in a game — please contact that game’s official support for those.
